TV Guide Network has announced a new stand-up comedy series for women and the import of a popular Australian talk show beginning this summer.

‘StandUp in Stilettos,’ will be taped at a comedy club and feature stand-up comedy by, for and about women. Kate Flannery of ‘The Office’ (you know her as creepy drunk Meredith) will play host to three comedians per half-hour show. It debuts June 16.

TV Guide Network is also giving America yet another celebrity-themed chat show with ‘Rove LA.’ The series, which is very popular in its native Australia, debuts July 21.

Though host Rove McManus is practically a household name Down Under, he’s a virtual unknown in the States. But at least his chat show format is slightly different from the usual one-on-one that litters the late-night landscape. Instead, the three celebrity guests chat with McManus panel-style, which is designed to foster spontaneous moments.

According to the channel, 10 episodes of ‘Rove LA’ previously aired in Australia will broadcast on TV Guide Channel before new episodes begin airing in September.

McManus may already be familiar to regular viewers of ‘Chelsea Lately,’ where he’s been a frequent roundtable guest, as well as the host of the ‘Rove Across America’ segments on ‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.’
