Celebrity House Hunting: In the premiere of this new series, Ice-T and his wife want to upgrade from their New Jersey penthouse and find a mansion with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a disco ball (7 p.m. Biography). Andy Dick appears in a second episode at 7:30.
American Idol: The first finalist is voted off in an episode that features performances by Mary J. Blige and Lauren Alaina (8 p.m. Fox).
Project Runway All Stars: The remaining designers have one more chance to earn a spot in the top three as they compete to create an outfit that will be produced by designer Nanette Lepore and sold nationwide for charity in this new episode (9 p.m. Lifetime).
SPECIALS
Japan Tsunami: Tales of Terror: This new special showcases footage filmed by survivors in six of the towns affected by the earthquake and subsequent tsunami that devastated Japan one year. Some of the amateur filmmakers also provide narration for the footage, resulting in compelling television (9 p.m. TLC).
