'Justified'

U.S. MARSHALLS pursue an escaped convict victimized by illegal organ harvesters on “Justified” at 10 p.m. on FX. With Timothy Olyphant and Erica Tazel.

SERIES

Last Man Standing:
Mike (Tim Allen) gets NASCAR champion Tony Stewart (himself) and his car to make an appearance at Outdoor Man in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC).

Glee:
On Valentine’s Day, Will (Matthew Morrison) challenges the kids to come up with great romantic numbers and Rachel (Lea Michele) gets a visit from her two dads (Jeff Goldblum, Brian Stokes Mitchell) in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).

Cougar Town: In the season premiere, Grayson (Josh Hopkins) calls Jules’ (Courteney Cox) predictable and Ellie (Christa Miller) worries about little Stan’s (Sawyer Ever) behavior (8:30 p.m. ABC).

NCIS: Los Angeles:  Miguel Ferrer guest stars as a higher up who critiques every step of an investigation (9 p.m. CBS).

New Girl: Jess (Zooey Deschanel) wants to spend her first single Valentine’s Day having a no-strings fling with a handsome stranger (Ryan Kwanten) and asks Schmidt (Max Greenfield) to be her wingman in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

Frontline: Directed by Steve James the critically acclaimed documentary “The Interrupters” follows a group of former Chicago gang leaders who try to “interrupt” shootings and protect their communities from gang violence (9 p.m. KOCE).

Raising Hope:  Jimmy (Lucas Neff) recruits a woman (Ashley Tisdale) from an improv class to pretend to be his girlfriend, hoping to make Sabrina (Shannon Woodward) jealous in this new episode (9:30 p.m. Fox).

Dog Show:
 The 136th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show’s closing night (8 p.m. USA).

MOVIES

The Loving Story:
 This 2011 documentary tells the story of Mildred and Richard Loving who in 1958 were arrested in the middle of the night for the crime of mixed marriage (9 p.m. HBO).

SPORTS

Hockey:
The Ducks visit the Minnesota Wild (4:30 p.m. NBCSP).

Pro basketball:
The Atlanta Hawks visit the Lakers (7:30 p.m. FSN).
