A Gifted Man:
Maggie Siff (“Mad Men,” “Sons of Anarchy”) guest stars on a new episode of the drama (9 p.m. CBS).

Great Performances:
The series presents “Memphis,” a tale about music and race relations in the 1950s (9 p.m. KOCE).

Gold Rush:
The docu-series about modern-day gold miners ends its season (9 p.m. Discovery).

Spartacus: Vengeance:
Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) tries to rescue a captive Crixus (Manu Bennett) on a new episode of the sword-and-sandal period drama (10 p.m. Starz).

Savoring Harlem:
This new special takes a tasty tour of the New York City neighborhood (8 p.m. Food).

MOVIES

Semper Fi: Always Faithful:
 This 2011 documentary examines a toxic-chemicals cover-up at the Marine Corps’ Camp Lejeune in North Carolina (7 p.m. MSNBC).

The Mechanic:
Jason Statham is a no-nonsense hitman in this so-so 2011 remake of the 1972 thriller that starred Charles Bronson (8:25 p.m. Showtime).

Them!
There’s giant mutant ants in them thar hills in this 1954 creature feature (11:30 p.m. TCM).

SPORTS

Basketball:
Events at the NBA’s All-Star Weekend in Orlando, Fla. include the Celebrity Game (4 p.m. ESPN) and the 2012 NBA Rising Stars Challenge (6 p.m. TNT).
