Did 'Lin-sanity' help Lindsay Lohan score a 'Saturday Night Live' gig?
No one would ever confuse rising NBA phenomenon Jeremy Lin with actress Lindsay Lohan.
Yet they both have something in common: "Lin" -- the hottest three-letter combo in pop culture right now. And with all the nonstop puns surrounding Lin's name ("Lin-sanity", "Lin-credible, "Lin-ning), it's almost Lin-conceivable (sorry) that Lohan won't make a joke that links her to the New York Knicks star when she hosts "Saturday Night Live" on March 3.
Could a sample joke in Lohan's opening monologue be: "It's so great to be here on 'Saturday Night Live,' but NBC has been calling me for weeks. They told me they wanted to get in on all this Lin-sanity. So here I am!"
