One Tree Hill: The premiere of the series' ninth and final season finds Brooke and Julian (Sophia Bush, Austin Nichols) adjusting to life with their new children (8 and 9 p.m. KTLA). 

Are You There, Chelsea? This new comedy, based on the book by Chelsea Handler, stars Laura Prepon as a strong-willed young bartender (8:30 p.m. NBC). 

Harry's Law: Adam and Cassie (Nate Corddry, Karen Olivo) represent a young vigilante (Erica Durance) who dresses up as Wonder Woman to punish men who abuse women in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC). 

Nova: This new episode recalls bouncing bomb used to destroy two dams in Germany during World War II (9 p.m. KOCE). 

Only in America With Larry the Cable Guy: Larry visits Alaska in the season premiere (9 p.m. History). 

I Cloned My Pet: This new show reveals how far dog owners will go do anything to bring their beloved pooches back from the dead (9 p.m. TLC). 


People's Choice Awards 2012: Kaley Cuoco is the host, and Faith Hill and Demi Lovato are among the scheduled performers at this year's awards (9 p.m. CBS). 


College basketball: Syracuse at Villanova (4 p.m. ESPN2); Wake Forest at Maryland (4 p.m. FSN); Texas A&M at Texas (6 p.m. ESPN2); Georgia Tech at North Carolina State (6 p.m. FSN). 

Pro basketball: The Dallas Mavericks visit the Boston Celtics (5 p.m. ESPN); the Lakers visit the Utah Jazz (6 p.m. KCAL); the Miami Heat visit the Clippers (7:30 p.m. ESPN and FS Prime).
