Dog the Bounty Hunter:
The reality series starring Duane “Dog” Chapman and his crew of skip tracers returns for another season (10 p.m. A&E).

Top Chef: Texas:
It’s all about the barbecue in this new episode of the culinary competition (10 p.m. Bravo).

Moonshiners:
This docu-series about the purveyors of illicit hooch ends it season (10 p.m. Discovery).

Brad Meltzer’s Decoded:
This series’ season finale revisits the life and death of magician Harry Houdini (10 p.m. History).

Knight and Day:
 Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz make a pretty good team in this fast-paced 2010 thriller (8 p.m. Cinemax).

Apocalypto: The twilight of Mayan civilization is imagined in this 2006 drama directed by Mel Gibson (8 p.m. Encore).

SPORTS

College basketball:
Duke takes on Temple (4 p.m. ESPN2) and Tennessee meets Memphis (5 p.m. FSN).

Hockey: The Boston Bruins battle the New Jersey Devils (4:30 p.m. NBC Sports Net) and the Ducks welcome the San Jose Sharks (7 p.m. FS Prime).
