Rick Perry reads the Top 10 list for David Letterman
Texas Gov. Rick Perry is continuing his salvage tour — on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman."
Perry's campaign for president entered a new perilous phase after Wednesday's GOP debate, when he couldn't remember the name of a third federal agency he would eliminate if elected. On Thursday, he hopes to recover with humor by reading the Top 10 list on Letterman's show.
No. 7 on "Rick Perry's Top 10 Excuses": "I thought the debate was tonight."
