The characters in ‘Two Broke Girls’ may be struggling, but the show is doing just fine.

The CBS comedy starring Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs as two mismatched waitresses at a greasy spoon diner has been picked up for a full season. The series, which airs on Mondays, is one of the clear hits of the fall season.

The pickup is also good news for Whitney Cummings, a co-creator of the comedy along with Michael Patrick King. Cummings’ NBC comedy, ‘Whitney,’ has also been picked up for a full season.
