This new episode of “Frontline” documents the investigation of the 2001 biological attacks, at 9 p.m. on KOCE.

The Dotted Line: Morgan Spurlock tackles another big subject with this in-depth look at what it takes to be a big-time agent in the fiercely competitive world of major league sports (5 p.m. ESPN).

Last Man Standing: Tim Allen plays a man who runs a catalog for a sporting goods store in this new sitcom. Nancy Travis, Alexandra Krosney, Molly Ephraim and Kaitlyn Dever also star (8 p.m. ABC).

The Rachel Zoe Project: Now 38 weeks into her pregnancy, Rachel asks Joey and Jeremiah to help with her first shoot for Elle magazine (9 p.m. Bravo).

Unforgettable: Carrie (Poppy Montgomery) has to investigate a crime at the site of an explosion, fortunately, she caught a glimpse of it before it blew up. Dylan Walsh also stars in this new episode (10 p.m. CBS).

Women, War & Peace: Matt Damon, Geena Davis, Tilda Swinton and Alfre Woodard are among the narrators of this five-part series that looks at the untold stories of women’s strategic role in global conflict (10 p.m. KOCE).

The Washington Post Republican Presidential Candidates Debate: (4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 p.m. Bloomberg).

BET Hip Hop Awards 2011: Lil Wayne leads the pack of nominees for this sixth annual event with a record-breaking 18 nods, followed by Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa, who are tied with nine nominations apiece. Mike Epps returns for his third time as host (8 p.m. BET).
