Kitchen Nightmares: In this new episode, Gordon Ramsay visits some restaurants he helped turn around (8 p.m. Fox). 

Supernatural: In the new episode Charisma Carpenter plays a witch who unleashes her murderous wrath on a small town (9 p.m. KTLA). 

American Masters: Pearl Jam Twenty: In honor of Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary, Cameron Crowe creates a definitive portrait of the seminal band (9 p.m. KOCE). 

Austin City Limits: Georgian jam band Widespread Panic celebrates 25 years in this new episode (9 p.m. KLCS). 

Strike Back: In the season finale, Scott and Stonebridge (Sullivan Stapleton, Philip Winchester) are in Budapest, on the trail of a pair of suicide bombers (10 p.m. Cinemax). 

Boss: This new series stars Kelsey Grammer as a Chicago mayor sitting atop an entrenched political machine who uses Machiavellian strategy to secure his power (10 p.m. Starz). 

SPORTS 

College football: West Virginia at Syracuse (5 p.m. ESPN); Rutgers at Louisville (5 p.m. ESPN2). 

Hockey: The Dallas Stars visit the Ducks (7 p.m. FS Prime).
