The network is reviving ‘In Living Color,’ the edgy hit sketch comedy series that was one of the network’s key early successes and helped launch the careers of Lopez, Jim Carrey and Damon Wayans.

An updated version of the series will air as two half-hour specials in the spring of 2012. The specials will be hosted and executive-produced by the show’s original creator, Keenen Ivory Wayans, who will gather a new cast for the new installments.
