Honeymoon for One 

ALONE AGAIN: A bride-to-be (Nicolette Sheridan) calls off the wedding but decides to enjoy the honeymoon they planned by herself in the new TV movie “Honeymoon for One” at 8 p.m., Hallmark.


Flipping Dixie: Howie Mandel produces this home-flipping show that follows Alabama's Robert Lee who takes homes in horrendous condition, makes them over and sells them for a nice profit (in this real estate market?) (Noon A&E). 

Friday Night Dinner: Dinner is ruined when Martin (Paul Ritter) drops the casserole and an argument about the new curtains spirals out of control in a new episode of this dysfunctional family comedy (8:30 p.m. BBC America). 


The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance: An idealistic young lawyer (James Stewart) and an old-school gunslinger (John Wayne) share a common hatred for the town thug (Lee Marvin) and both fancy a local waitress (Vera Miles) in director John Ford's 1962 classic western (5 p.m. TCM). 

Life as We Know It: Two people who don't get along (Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel) suddenly find themselves acting as surrogate parents in this 2010 comedy (8 p.m. HBO). 

Doomsday Prophecy: A.J. Buckley and Jewel Staite head the cast of this new sci-fi thriller about people racing the clock to prevent the destruction of the Earth (9 p.m. Syfy). 

Super Eruption: A volcanic eruption devastates Yellowstone National Park in this new TV disaster movie starring Richard Burgi and Juliet Aubrey (11 p.m. Syfy). 


Little League baseball: World Series Great Lakes Regional final (8 a.m. ESPN); New England Regional, final (10 a.m. ESPN2); Northwest Regional final (2 p.m. ESPN); Midwest Regional final (4 p.m. ESPN); West Regional final (6 p.m. ESPN). 

Golf: PGA Championship (8 a.m. TNT and 11 a.m. CBS). 

Baseball: The Angels visit the Toronto Blue Jays (10 a.m. FSN); the Texas Rangers visit the Oakland Athletics (1 p.m. Fox); the Chicago Cubs visit the Atlanta Braves (4 p.m. WGN A); the Houston Astros visit the Dodgers (7 p.m. FS Prime).
