CIA Confidential: The new episode “Inside the Drone War” uncovers how the CIA uses technology to take out Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorists (7 and 10 p.m. National Geographic).

American Ninja Warrior: In this bizzare series, inspired by a Japanese show, players navigate a supersized, super-dangerous obstacle course that pushes them to the limit. The show currently airs on cable channel G4, but Monday’s two-hour season finale airs on NBC (9 p.m.).

The Lying Game: Stressed out with worry over Sutton’s safety, Emma begins to let pieces of her own personality slip out, and the changes get a positive reception from Sutton’s friends and family in this new episode (9 p.m. ABC Family).

La La’s Full Court Life: Picking up where the special “La La’s Full Court Wedding” left off, this new docu-series follows the lives and careers of actress and television personality La La Vazquez and her husband, NBA star Carmelo Anthony, as they move to New York after Carmelo is traded to the Knicks (9 p.m. VH1).

The T.O. Show: Terrell Owen faces emergency ACL surgery in the season premiere (9:30 p.m. VH1).
Surprise Homecoming: An Oregon National Guardsmen surprises his mother at her company picnic (10 p.m. TLC).

Rizzoli & Isles: In this new episode, Jane and Maura (Angie Harmon, Sasha Alexander) investigate when Salem, Mass., seems to become the site of a new witch hunt (10 p.m. TNT).

Bear Swamp Recovery: This new series revolves around a repossession business in New Jersey that specializes in collecting oversize and offbeat items (10 and 10:30 p.m. TRU).
