ADVERTISING 101: In the new series, “Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings” commercial stars Rhett McLaughlin, left, and Link Neal help locals produce commercials, at 10 p.m. on IFC.

Young Broke and Beautiful: This new series visits cities around the country, exploring oddball subcultures and experiences (11 p.m. IFC). 


Avatar: Writer-director James Cameron's Oscar-winning, visually dazzling saga tells the story of a paraplegic Marine (Sam Worthington) who is brought to a planet called Pandora, where his scientifically engineered alter ego, or “avatar,” is enlisted to help mine the planet for resources needed on Earth (8:15 p.m. Cinemax).
