‘Fear Factor’ is about to bug viewers again in return on NBC

‘Fear Factor,’ the stunt reality series that puts contestants’ fears and stomachs at risk, is making a return to NBC.

The revival of the series, which lasted six seasons until its cancellation in 2006, will pit contestants in a series of ‘daring and creative’ stunts. Like before, some of those stunts may involve the eating of insects and obstacle courses. If fear stops the contestant from completing the stunt or failing the mission, they are immediately eliminated.

No host has been selected and an air date has not been scheduled. Joe Rogan hosted the original network version.
