Kaitlyn Dever and Timothy Olyphant star in the season finale of the action series on FX at 10 p.m. 

SERIES

Nature: The new episode “Salmon: Running the Gauntlet” documents the efforts of biologists and engineers to save Pacific salmon populations (7 p.m. KOCE). 

American Idol: In this new episode each of the five finalists perform a current song and one from the 1960s (8 p.m. Fox). 

Secrets of the Dead: The new episode “China's Terracotta Warriors” reveals that the Chinese may have had used an assembly line to produce 8,000 lavishly painted warrior figures for an emperor's extravagant tomb (8 p.m. KOCE). 

Cougar Town: Jules (Courteney Cox) tries to stop interfering in Travis' (Dan Byrd) life in this new episode (9:30 p.m. ABC). 

Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior: Cooper (Forest Whitaker) is summoned to testify when a death row inmate petitions for a mistrial based on testimony that FBI Director Jack Fickler (Richard Schiff) gave at her trial. Guest stars Eric Roberts and Giancarlo Esposito join series regular Janeane Garofalo in this new episode (10 p.m. CBS). 

Spouse vs. House: A wife's dream of a family home is threatened by her husband in the premiere of this new unscripted series (10 p.m. TLC).

Custer's Last Man: I Survived Little Big Horn: Modern forensic science sheds new light on the story told by August Finkle, who claimed to be the sole survivor of the notorious 1876 battle (9 p.m. History). 

SPORTS 

Baseball: The Minnesota Twins visit the Chicago White Sox (11 a.m. WGN A); the Chicago Cubs visit the Dodgers (Noon FS Prime); the Angels visit the Boston Red Sox (4 p.m. ESPN and FSN). 

Hockey: NHL playoffs: The Philadelphia Flyers visit the Boston Bruins (4 p.m. VS); the San Jose Sharks visit the Detroit Red Wings (6:30 p.m. VS).
