NBC announced Sunday that it will air ‘Prime Suspect’ in the key 10 p.m. Thursday slot that was for years reserved for hits such as ‘E.R.’

‘Prime Suspect’ is a remake of the classic British cop drama starring Helen Mirren. This time around, it stars Maria Bello as a female homicide detective in New York trying to work around the male-dominated police culture.
