Secret Diary of a Call Girl: As the series comes to an end, Belle’s (Billie Piper) life is thrown into turmoil when Ben (Iddo Goldberg) asks her to get out of the business (10:30 p.m. Showtime).


Legally Brown: Tony Plana (“Ugly Betty”) hosts this new showcase for Hispanic stand-up comedians held at the California Theatre of the Arts in San Bernardino. The performers include Willie Barcena, Alex Reymundo, Jerry Bednob, Cristela Alonzo and Omar Elba (8:50 p.m. Showtime).

Young Hollywood Awards: The 13th annual Young Hollywood Awards celebrates the accomplishments of emerging young talent (9 p.m. ION).


How to Die in Oregon: Winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, filmmaker Peter Richardson’s powerful and surprisingly life-affirming documentary profiles several terminally ill patients in Oregon who are weighing their options in accordance with the state’s 1994 Death With Dignity Act, which legalized physician-assisted suicide for those diagnosed with less time than six months to live (8 p.m. HBO).
