Shark Tank: A woman seeks an investment for a toilet training kit for cats in the season finale (8 p.m. ABC).

Kitchen Nightmares: In New Orleans Gordon Ramsay’s menu makeover focuses on local ingredients and recipes but with some extra touches to help distinguish this eatery’s gumbo, etouffee and po’boys from those served at competing establishments (8 p.m. Fox).

The Singing Bee: This new episode features music from Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum and Gavin DeGraw (8 p.m. CMT).

CSI: NY: A near-death experience leaves Mac (Gary Sinise) determined to close his one remaining unsolved case. Michael Irby guest stars as a suspect in the crime. Sela Ward, Carmine Giovinazzo, Hill Harper and Eddie Cahill also star in the season finale (9 p.m. CBS).

Blue Bloods: A drug bust points the finger at some dirty cops in the season finale (10 p.m. CBS).
