SERIES

Glee: The glee club learns a lesson in self-acceptance via the music of Lady Gaga in the new 90-minute episode titled “Born This Way.” Ashley Fink, Dianna Agron, Jayma Mays, Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Naya Rivera also star (8 p.m. Fox).

Black in Latin America: This new episode titled “Cuba: The Next Revolution” links Cuba’s culture, religion, politics and music to slave labor; race and racism since Fidel Castro’s Communist revolution in 1959 (8 p.m. KOCE).

The Voice: Vocal coaches (Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton) listen to hopefuls perform in blind auditions and each pick eight vocalists to mentor in this new unscripted singing competition series (9 p.m. NBC).

Have Cake Will Travel: This new cooking series follows Ashley Vicos and her entourage around the country, where they create amazing cakes for a variety of special occasions, from music festivals to Mardi Gras celebrations. In the premiere, a custom basketball cake for the Harlem Globetrotters (9 p.m. Food).

Raising Hope: Burt (Garret Dillahunt) finds a book on sleep training, and he and Virginia (Martha Plimpton) try out the technique on Hope in this new episode (9:30 p.m. Fox).

Independent Lens: The documentary “Marwencol” tells of Mark Hogancamp, who suffered brain damage from a beating in 2000. With little memory of his previous life and no money for help, he becomes his own therapist by creating a one-sixth scale World War II-era town in his backyard (10 p.m. KLCS).

Top Shot: The final four contestants in this competition for shooters, archers and marksmen have one last shot at the $100,000 prize in the season finale (10 p.m. History).
