The Secret Life of the American Teenager: In this new episode, Ben (Ken Baumann) seriously considers proposing to Adrian (Francia Raisa), while Grace and Grant (Megan Park, Grant Harvey) discuss how far to take their relationship (8 and 10 p.m. ABC Family).

The Event: After negotiations fall apart, Sophia (Laura Innes) and the rest of the Sleepers mourn their losses in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).

Relapse: This new series explores the perils of recovery from addiction (9 p.m. A&E).

Castle: In this new episode, Castle and Beckett (Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic) investigate the death of a man whose body was found inside a pizza oven. He turns out to have been a reporter who did a story about “pizza wars” (10 p.m. ABC).

Nurse Jackie: Eddie (Paul Schulze) tells Jackie (Edie Falco) that he can no longer lie to Kevin (Dominic Fumusa), since they have become friends in this new episode (10 p.m. Showtime).

Kate Plus 8: Kate Gosselin and her brood visit Australia, where Kate looks for some sharks to swim with and the family gets some lessons in Aboriginal culture in the season premiere. (10 p.m. TLC).

Hunt for the Abominable Snowman: In this new special, adventurer Gerry Moffatt puts his physical stamina to the test in the Himalayas to search for the infamous cryptozoological creature on the theory that if it exists, it is likely to be found where humans aren’t (6 and 9 p.m. National Geographic).

Last Stand of the Templars: This new special looks at the fall of the Knights Templar, protectors of Jerusalem (7 and 10 p.m. National Geographic).

Intervention In-Depth: Pregnant and Addicted: Four women struggle with motherhood and addiction in Texas in this new special (8 p.m. A&E).

His Way: This new documentary isn’t about Frank Sinatra but about his former manager, Jerry Weintraub (9 p.m. HBO).
