CBS releases NFL preseason football schedule despite lockout
The NFL is in the midst of a bitter labor dispute between owners and players that threatens the upcoming football season. But CBS nevertheless is proclaiming "Game On."
The network has released its schedule for the 2011 preseason. The announcement makes no mention of alternate plans if games are canceled.
Maybe there's a secret Department of Hopeful Optimism within CBS.
The preseason schedule of "The NFL On CBS" kicks off with a Aug. 26 match featuring the Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers against the Indianapolis Colts.
A game pitting the New England Patriots against the Detroit Lions is scheduled for the following night.

I hope they will have a NFL season this year bacuse I want to see my boys (New England Patriots) take the superbowl this year.

CBS News will probably not back down form their scheduling process for the NFL season. If the network had to make alternate plans due to the labor issues it might cause an upset amongst many people. Thank you for the news post.
