Woody Harrelson will play GOP adviser in HBO political movie 'Game Change'

Woodyharrelson Oscar nominee Woody Harrelson is the latest high-profile actor to join HBO's "Game Change," a retelling of the 2008 presidential race based on the bestselling book.

Harrelson will play Steve Schmidt, the hard-charging adviser to Sen. John McCain who reportedly tangled with McCain's running mate, then-Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

In the HBO film, McCain will be played by Ed Harris, while Julianne Moore will take on the role of Palin.

The network has not yet announced actors who will play Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Joe Biden and other notables from the 2008 race.

Show Trackers, now that HBO has the major Republicans lined up, who do you think should play the key Democrats?
