Marc Anthony moves to 'HawthoRNe' and joins Jada Pinkett-Smith
Marc Anthony, husband of new "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez, now has his own new TV gig.
Anthony, a Grammy Award-winning singer, will join the cast of TNT's medical drama "HawthoRNe," which stars Jada Pinkett-Smith. Anthony will reprise the newly expanded role of police Det. Nick Renata, a character he introduced as a guest star last season.
Among the singer's previous acting jobs were roles in "Man On Fire," "Bringing Out the Dead" and "El Cantante," in which he starred with his wife.

He did a great job on the show. I am glad he is back. His character and Christina had smoldering chemistry.
