Charlie Sheen's live 'Violent Torpedo' tour: Not really sold out?

Sheen The Charlie Sheen F-18 might just crash and burn: A few weeks ago, we told you that Sheen's "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour sold out in less than 20 minutes on Ticketmaster, but today, CNBC pointed out that that most of those tickets went to secondary sellers, meaning people don't love Sheen so much as they love the tiger-blood money they can make off him.

Indeed, a Ticketmaster representative confirmed that there are still seats available for the New York and Chicago stops, and a representative at Stubhub confirmed that 1,269 people were selling their tickets to the Detroit show, with main floor tickets going for as little as $13. (Main floor tickets go for around $52 on Ticketmaster.) Stubhub also still shows 1,025 tickets left for the Chicago show, and 1,173 tickets left for the New York show. Meanwhile, tickets are popping up all over EBay and Craigslist. He's gonna need a whole lot more warlocks and goddesses and trolls to keep those seats warm. Not winning!

of course CNBC would say that - what do they know - they're busy trying to avoid a PUBLIC hearing to avoid the VIOLENT TORPEDO OF TRUTH that will emerge

and why print stuff on a whim author - get the TRUTH right, the facts dont matter so much

P.S. and u wont know what the truth is until is it AIRED from the horses mouth and his reps... the real ones.

OOPs the author is a chic named Melissa...no wonder. Sorry Ethan

Once the tickets are sold for retail then then thats what he wants, whether or not the seats are empty or not.Why would someone buy one for $52 and sell em for $13. Idiots

Charlie will sell ! He's always winning!

Charlie Sheen is coming up on a new "bottom" and Lindsay Lohan is grateful for the media break, I bet. Just saw a new book about drugs called "Addict Nation." The author is a recovering alcoholic and tv host. Reviews are pretty good at http://addictnation.org/reviews and you can decide for yourself.

wait. is the public finally catching up?

LOL! At those prices doesnt sound like the scalpers are winning either Haha Duh charlie. Its a very sad situation and I wish him the best. AA and other 12 step programs do work but a person has to be willing. Its been painful to watch him detox and melt down at the same time, he is living with his choices.

Charlie will always be a WINNER< to me no matter what
