REVOLUTION: This new episode of “Frontline” takes an in-depth look at the turmoil in Egypt, at 9 p.m. on KOCE.   

NCIS: A murdered Marine’s fingertips and teeth are found in a stolen purse in the possession of a pickpocket. Beth Riesgraf, Jason Beghe and Tamer Hassan guest star in this new episode (8 p.m. CBS). 

No Ordinary Family:  Jim (Michael Chiklis) is overwhelmed by guilt after a bullet he diverts in a fight hits and grievously wounds an innocent boy. Luke Kleintank and Anthony Michael Hall star in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC). 

Glee:  The glee club members are inspired when Principal Figgins (Iqbal Theba) addresses the dangers of underage drinking with the students in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox). 

Raising Hope: Under the mistaken impression that Maw Maw (Cloris Leachman) died years ago, Virginia’s (Martha Plimpton) cousin (Amy Sedaris) pays an unexpected visit to claim her share of the estate in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox). 

Parenthood:  Adam (Peter Krause) is fed up with Alex’s (guest star Michael B. Jordan) frequent visits and a huge problem threatens Max’s (Max Burkholder) progress in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC). 

Independent Lens:  The episode “William S. Burroughs: A Man Within,” narrated by Peter Weller, profiles the maverick novelist whose writings influenced artists including David Bowie,  Steely Dan, the Doors and Kurt Cobain. John Waters, Gus Van Sant, Iggy Pop,  Laurie Anderson and others are interviewed (10 p.m. KLCS). 


Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy:  Hayden Panettiere and Marcia Gay Harden star in this 2011 docudrama about Amanda Knox, who stood trial in Italy, accused of murdering her roommate (8 p.m. Lifetime). 


College basketball: Illinois at Ohio State (4 p.m. ESPN); Virginia Tech at Wake Forest (4 p.m. ESPN2); Iowa State at Texas (5 p.m. KDOC); Tennessee at Vanderbilt (6 p.m. ESPN). 

Basketball: The Clippers visit the Oklahoma City Thunder (5 p.m. FS Prime); the Atlanta Hawks visit the Lakers (7:30 p.m. FSN).
