Camille Grammer may be leaving 'Housewives': Can the show survive without her -- and her drama?

NUP_142175_0153 How long do you think it will take Camille Grammer to blame everything on the editing?

It has to be coming, as Camille is reportedly -- and desperately -- seeking an out from the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” our sister blog Ministry of Gossip reported today.

It would make perfect sense that Camille would want to leave a show where she quickly became the villain of the cast.

She has bragged endlessly about the spoils of her wealth. She whines about how hard it is to be a mother (who has four nannies on staff), how stressful it can be to design her estates (the half-dozen of them) and how she can't move to New York because the tiny apartment is so constraining (we saw it -- it’s huge). She introduced us to her good friend, the “Medium” Allison Dubois, who made quite an impression on Show Trackers (scroll down and read comments here).

Camille said she went on the show as a way to venture out of the spotlight of her now-ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, only to invoke his name and the clout it carries at any opportunity.

Camille’s rep has confirmed to Ministry of Gossip that she’s weighing whether or not to do a second season. The only peep out of Bravo is that they are concentrating on wrapping up this current season, which will be capped off with an “explosive” reunion special.

So for now, all we can do is chatter about Camille’s fate on the show, and the show’s fate if she leaves.

What was your favorite Camille Grammer moment this season? And do you think the show can survive without her and all her drama?

No, Camille please don't go! You make the show and I don't mean that in a bad way. Bravo, do whatever you have to to keep her for all of us die hard RHBH fans. Bring on some supportive cast like Dubois if you have to.
I knew ppl would gang up on her and make her out to be the b, but she isn't the only one who has done some mudslinging on that show. I see through some of the other mean girls and I'm sure many other viewers can too. Don't go, you are the reason I watch and it blows all the other cities' housewives show out the water. RH-Atlanta, you have been dethroned. Beverly Hills keeps it more real, hands down.

i think she is fantastic and hot
all the drama adds to the show and she knows it...hense i think she may be acting a bit for effect
she is better off without kelsey if he was not a hollywood celeb he would never get such a hot chick
go camille lots of good stuff in your future
big fan!!

She already did blame everything on editing in one of her blogs on Bravo's website. She said she's wrongly portrayed and some of the women on the show are acting.

camille should go! she was playing up to the cameras at every opportunity! i found her stories unbelievable--she wanted kelsey to look bad, so she embellished at every chance. she also killed me how she would try to tell an entire story in a conversation with someone...giving background information that was obviously meant to make her look good!
good bye, good riddance!
