James Roday and Sherilyn Fenn star in a parody of the “Twin Peaks” series in this new episode of “Psych,” at 10 p.m. on USA.


America's Next Top Model: Designer Roberto Cavalli is guest judge for the season finale, when the final two contestants shoot a commercial and a print ad and walk the final runway in Cavalli designs before Tyra Banks announces the winner (8 p.m. KTLA). 

Hell's Kitchen: Chef Ramsay tests the four remaining chefs' ability to identify key ingredients by relying on their palates in a challenge that requires them to re-create a dish (9 p.m. Fox). 

Storage Wars: In the series premiere, Suge Knight's possessions are opened (10 p.m. A&E). A second episode follows.

Top Chef All-Stars: Last season's Tiffany Derry and Angelo Sosa are among the culinary “also-rans,” along with Marcel Vigneron, Richard Blais, Carla Hall and Fabio Viviani, who are looking for redemption as they compete in this new season (10 p.m. Bravo). 

Terriers: Hank runs out of options and time in the season finale (10 p.m. FX). 


The President's Book of Secrets: This two-hour special takes a journey inside White House history to unveil startling information about secrets known only to the president (9 p.m. History). 

The Grammy Nominations Concert Live: Countdown to Music's Biggest Night: From Club Nokia, LL Cool J returns to host this annual concert built around the announcement of the Grammy Award nominations. Scheduled performers include Justin Bieber, B.o.B., Miranda Lambert, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry (10 p.m. CBS). 


The Other City: Susan Koch illuminates the HIV crisis in the U.S. capital in this 2010 documentary (7:30 p.m. Showtime). 


Pro basketball: The Lakers visit the Houston Rockets (5:30 p.m. KCAL); the San Antonio Spurs visit the Clippers (7:30 p.m. FS Prime).

Hockey: The Florida Panthers visit the Ducks (7 p.m. FSN).
