This week's TV Movies

SUNDAY

Play ball! Former Dodgers catcher/current Angels manager Mike Scioscia guests on a Little League-themed episode of “The Simpsons,” while baseball been berry, berry bad for our humble hero's ego on “The Cleveland Show.” (Fox, 8 and 8:30 p.m.)

“Look,” a new drama based on writer-director Adam Rifkin's edgy 2007 film, uses footage from security and cellphone cameras to provide a voyeur's-eye view into our heavily surveilled society. Are you ready for your close-up? (Showtime, midnight)

MONDAY

Edgar Ramirez is “Carlos,” the international terrorist who made a name for himself — and a nickname, “The Jackal” — in the 1970s and '80s, in this intriguing three-part docudrama from director Olivier Assayas. (Sundance, 9 p.m.; also Tue. and Wed.)

TUESDAY

Push it! Female rap icons Salt & Pepa, along with their DJ, Spinderella, are feted at the “2010 BET Hip Hop Awards.” Mike Epps hosts the proceedings, with scheduled appearances by Oscar winner Mo'Nique and Martin Lawrence. (BET, 8 p.m.)

WEDNESDAY

We all need to eat to survive, but for some it is an exercise fraught with peril. Everyday people share their struggles with anorexia, bulimia and other food-centered psychological disorders in the new six-part reality series “What's Eating You.” (E!, 10 p.m.)

THURSDAY

“30 Rock” — the Tina Fey sitcom about a live, late-night sketch comedy show — offers its very own live episode, appropriately titled “Live Show.” And they're gonna do it twice in one night; once for the East Coast, and then again for us fans out west! (NBC, 8:30 p.m.)

FRIDAY

“Battlestar Galactica's” Edward James Olmos has long been a go-to guy for providing gruff gravitas, a character trait he's sure to employ when he guest stars as a veteran called upon to help prevent a street-gang war on a new “CSI: NY.” (CBS, 9 p.m.)

SATURDAY

George Clooney is at his vulpine best voicing the titular critter in director Wes Anderson's crafty 2009 stop-motion animated fable “Fantastic Mr. Fox,” based on the Roald Dahl children's tale. It's furry fun for the whole family. (Cinemax, 10 p.m.)
