'Glee': Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison do 'Rocky Horror' live
On Tuesday, “Glee” performed a sanitized “Rocky Horror Picture Show,” but last night, stars Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison got to let loose at a "Rocky Horror" tribute show at the Wiltern Theatre.
Sister blog Ministry of Gossip has a photo gallery and a video from the event, but the latter doesn't include Michele and Morrison. However, a lucky fan in the audience took some video of the performance, which features Michele as Janet and Morrison as nerdy Brad. The video quality from the nose bleed seats is not the greatest, but Morrison and Michele's voices sound as good as, if not better than, any highly studio-produced “Glee” single.
Readers, is Matthew Morrison playing boyfriend to Lea Michele's Janet more or less weirder than the way Mr. Schuester's been forcing himself into the Glee Club's production numbers lately? And do you prefer Morrison or Cory Monteith as Brad?

I think they sound BETTER live than the over-produced Glee tracks. I saw another video of some of the other singers, and I can understand why some NEED auto-tune. Lea and Matt, 2 amazing performers (singers and actors!) don't.

Matthew Morrison is a seasoned Broadway performer so he has the presence on stage but I loved Cory Monteith as Brad so much on Glee. Cory had the Brad character's earnest dopiness quality down!
