Come Dine With Me: In this new episode, a pub landlord shows off his skills to a diva housewife (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America).

The Universe: The new episode “Asteroid Attack” reviews the latest discoveries in the study of asteroids, including the question of whether a Japanese spacecraft may become the first to bring an asteroid sample back to Earth and the reasons President Obama chose an asteroid as the destination for the next mission in space (8 p.m. History).

Fringe: Walter (John Noble) discovers a shape-shifting embryo in this repeat (9 p.m. Fox).

Project Runway: The remaining designers work with real bridesmaids — as well as some hideous bridesmaid dresses — in an attempt to redesign the garments (9 p.m. Lifetime).

American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior: Paul Sr. reaches out to Junior and Mikey after a tragic accident as the OCC team is hired to build the ultimate vehicle for “Meteorite Men,” a Science Channel series (9 p.m. TLC).

Stan Lee’s Superhumans: Miroslaw Magola of Brighton, England, claims to harness the power of psychokinesis and can lift objects off the floor and in the Caribbean, host Daniel Browning Smith meets Patrick Musimu, who’s able to dive to 656 feet on a single breath (10 p.m. History).

Once Upon a Time in the West: Director Sergio Leone’s 1969 masterpiece is notable for its casting of typical screen good guy Henry Fonda as a savage gunman. (5 p.m. TCM).

The Hangover: One of 2009’s top comedy hits revolves around a bachelor party getaway in Las Vegas that takes many unexpected turns. Justin Bartha, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis star (6:05 p.m. Cinemax).
