America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back: The true crime series hosted by John Walsh ends another season (9 p.m. Fox).

The Cupcake Girls: The bake shop is in dire straits in this new episode (9 p.m. WE).

Surviving Death: A presumed-dead patient who woke up while his organs were being harvested and man who took a 6,000-volt jolt are featured in this new episode (10 p.m. Discovery).


Sole Survivor: Find out if you've got what it takes to survive against all odds in this new special (9 p.m. Discovery).


The Graduate: Turner Classic Movies' mini-marathon of older-woman/younger-man flicks kicks off with Anne Bancroft and Dustin Hoffman in director Mike Nichols' 1967 satire (5 p.m. TCM) and includes Jennifer O'Neill and Gary Grimes in the 1971 melodrama “Summer of '42” (8:30 p.m.).

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince: Daniel Radcliffe stars in this dark 2009 entry in the fantasy series based on the J.K Rowling novels (10 p.m. Cinemax).


Tennis: The U.S. Open continues with men's and women's third-round action in Flushing, N.Y. (8 a.m. CBS; 4 p.m. Tennis).

College football: Miami (Ohio) plays Florida (9 a.m. ESPN); Western Michigan meets Michigan State (9 a.m. ESPN2); Illinois takes on Missouri (9:30 a.m. FSN); Purdue plays Notre Dame (12:30 p.m. NBC); the UCLA Bruins visit Kansas State (12:30 p.m. ABC); Texas faces Rice (12:30 p.m. ESPN); Washington State battles Oklahoma State (4 p.m. FSN); and LSU meets North Carolina (5 p.m. ABC).

Baseball: The Mets meet the Cubs (10 a.m. WGN America); the Rockies play the Padres (1 p.m. Fox); the White Sox face the Red Sox or the Braves battle the Marlins. (4 p.m. MLB); and the Dodgers face the Giants (7 p.m. FS Prime).

Soccer: The Galaxy visit the Chicago Fire (1 p.m. FS Prime).
