It's just 'Conan' to you, thank you very much [Updated]

TBS has just announced the title of Conan O'Brien's new late-night show. It's plain and simple: "Conan."

"I’m just using 'Conan' and dropping the 'O’Brien' because I want to get away from the whole Irish thing," the comic said in a news release.

On Twitter, where he announced that the title would be made public Wednesday, he added: "The words 'Tonight' and 'Show' aren't on it."

[Updated at 10:41 a.m.: Wanna watch O'Brien announce the title himself? "Conan," which is  "simple, pure like the man himself," premieres on Nov. 8.]

can't wait!

Does anyone really care? Conan's brand of humor is dry and pedestrian. *yawn* Another overpaid talking head. Bo-ring. He's almost as bad as Letterman.

Conan who?

Hope he hired better writers this time around

Conan could stand still and watch beige paint dry, and he'd still be more interesting than Leno.

you guys are crazy. obrian beats all of them. beats letterman, beats falon, beats kimmel, beats leno, beats ferguson, so and and so forth.

nice site!!! more power!
