It was only a matter of time before Univision got into the dancing celebrities business, but it’s a good thing because we’ve all been wondering where recording artist Jon Secada went, and we hope he will tell us.

When “¡Mira Quién Baila!” (‘Look Who’s Dancing!’) premieres Sunday night, Secada will be one of 10 Latino celebrities to show his moves on the dance floor in the name of charity. That’s right: no Mirror Ball trophy on this reality dance competition. These celebrities will tango and cha cha until they drop to raise money for the good cause of their choice.

Secada will compete against regional Mexican music star Diana Reyes, boxing champion Héctor ‘El Macho’ Camacho, Univision weather anchor/personality Jackie Guerrido, actor/model Marcelo Buquet, bombshell Niurka Marcos, banda music heartthrob Rogelio Martínez, singer/actress Rosa Gloria Chagoyán, actress Scarlet Ortiz, and up-and-coming actor Vahdir Derbez.

But there’s one catch. Unlike their American counterparts on ABC, Univision’s dancing stars will be paired up with amateur dance partners who auditioned to be part of the show. The amateurs are regular men and women who love to dance but have never done so professionally.

Que que?

And, of course, they will be judged. Grammy-winning rock star Alejandra Guzmán, Mexican TV and radio host Horacio Villalobos and Broadway star Bianca Marroquin (‘Chicago’) make up the panel that will judge the performances during a live telecast every week. But it’s the viewers who pick the winner.

Hosted by actors Javier Poza and Chiquinquirá Delgado, “¡Mira Quién Baila!” premieres Sunday at 8 p.m.
