MasterChef: Cat Cora leads the contestants in a team challenge cooking for the patrons of a truck stop, in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).

Plain Jane: This week’s candidate asks Louise to help transform her from a prim-looking conservative, to someone who might be able to land the man of her dreams (9 p.m. KTLA).

Frontline: This new episode chronicles a yearlong collaborative investigation with “Frontline,” ProPublica and the New Orleans Times-Picayune newspaper into allegations that the New Orleans police used lethal force against citizens in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, then tried to cover it up (9 p.m. KCET).

Criss Angel Mindfreak: At the Luxor Convention Arena, Criss tries to make 100 people shackled together disappear in front of a crowd of thousands in a bid to get into Guinness World Records, in this new episode (10 p.m. A&E).

She’s Got the Look: Ten women over the age of 35, many of whom put their dreams on hold years before to get married and raise families, compete for a contract with Wilhelmina Models in this feel-good competitive unscripted series, which returns for a third season with new host Brooke Burke and Roshumba Williams stepping in as a new member of the judging panel (10 p.m. TV Land).

Made: The Movie: Much to her friends’ dismay, a geeky band member (Cyrina Fiallo) decides to try out for the high-school cheerleading team. Hoping to keep embarrassment to a minimum, her brother (Brett Dier), the school’s basketball star, coaxes his cheerleader girlfriend (Rachel Skarsten), to mentor her in this new TV comedy (6 p.m. MTV).

Basketball: The Global Community Cup: United States visit the Greece (9 a.m. ESPN).
