Breakthrough With Tony Robbins: Tony tries to help a “Nashville Star” winner whose singing career and personal life unraveled after her husband had an affair while she was away on a nine-month tour in this new episode (8 p.m. NBC).

Pretty Little Liars: A day of SAT testing is delayed as a storm rocks Rosewood, but any relief the girls might feel over the postponement soon disappears, as they are trapped at school by the weather in this new episode (8 and 10 p.m. ABC Family).

18 to Life: In the premiere of this new series, a game of truth-or-dare leads to an 18-year-old proposing to the girl next door (9 p.m. KTLA). A second new episode follows at 9:30.

Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List: Kathy’s vulgar language embarrasses Maggie. To make amends, Kathy agrees to perform for Maggie’s friends in the season finale of the unscripted series (9 p.m. Bravo).

Warehouse 13: In this new episode, that crosses over with Syfy sister series “Eureka,” Douglas Fargo (Neil Grayston) of Eureka’s Global Dynamics is sent to Warehouse 13 to help update its aging computer system (9 p.m. Syfy).

The Rachel Zoe Project: As Season 3 opens, Rachel’s business continues to expand (10 p.m. Bravo).

Scrappers: This unscripted 10-episode workplace “comedy” — set on the streets of Brooklyn, N.Y. — follows some of the best scrap-metal pickup guys in the business as three crews compete to find a treasure in twisted metal (10 and 10:30 p.m. Spike).

Shark Bite Beach: Airing as part of Shark Week 2010, this special looks back to 2008, when fear gripped beaches along the coasts of California and Mexico in the wake of multiple shark attacks (9 p.m. Discovery).

MOVIES

Bullitt: This 1968 action drama one of the best car chases ever. Set in San Francisco, it stars Steve McQueen as a police lieutenant helping guard a witness in a high-profile trial. Jacqueline Bisset and Robert Vaughn also star. (7:15 p.m. TCM).
