The Squad: Prison Police: This new unscripted series follows the special agents assigned to investigate every major crime in the Tennessee prison system. (10 p.m. A&E). A second new episode investigates a prison stabbing (10:30 p.m.)
Futurama: In this new episode, Earth is invaded by a race of intelligent cats (10 p.m. Comedy Central).
Stan Lee's Superhumans: Comics legend Stan Lee and Daniel Browning Smith — dubbed the most flexible man in the world — co-host this series that travels the globe in search of people who have remarkable powers. In the premiere they're off to India to investigate a legend that a man has developed immunity to electric current (10 p.m. History).
Sixteen Candles: Molly Ringwald shines in this touching 1984 comedy, written and directed by John Hughes, as a girl whose family forgets her 16th birthday. Anthony Michael Hall also stars (7 p.m. ABC Family).
The White Stripes: Under Great White Northern Lights: Filmmaker Emmett Malloy chronicles a quirky Canadian tour by iconic American musical duo Jack and Meg White in this 2009 documentary (8 p.m. Showtime).
