The Comedy Central Roast: Former “Knight Rider” star David Hasselhoff is a sitting duck for ex-“Baywatch” costar Pamela Anderson, Jerry Springer; Hulk Hogan and other celebrities in this new special hosted by “Family Guy's” Seth MacFarlane (10 p.m. Comedy Central).
