Aftermath With William Shatner: In the premiere of this new series, the host talks with Bernhard Goetz — a.k.a., the Subway Vigilante (7 p.m. Biography).

The Bachelorette: In the season finale, Ali invites the final two bachelors to Tahiti to meet her family and gives out her final rose (8 p.m. ABC). Then, at 10 p.m. on “After the Final Rose,” Ali discusses her relationships with the last two men and the finalists talk about the show’s outcome (10 p.m. ABC).

Last American Cowboy: After months of struggle, three families prepare to sell their calves and collect their one paycheck of the year in this new episode (8 p.m. Animal Planet).

Intervention: This new episode revolves around efforts to help a former “Soul Train” dancer, now hooked on crack (9 p.m. A&E).

The Closer: Provenza (G.W. Bailey) discovers a dead body in the condo of a flight attendant he picked up while extraditing a prisoner in this new episode (9 p.m. TNT).

Money Hungry: Overweight people risk their own money for a chance to win $100,000 (9 p.m. VH1).

Scream Queens: The game show that gives aspiring actresses the chance to win a role in a major horror movie is back for a second season, in which 10 able-lunged ladies will vie for a spot in “Saw 3D.” John Homa returns with Jaime King and Tim Sullivan are the mentor and director (10 p.m. VH1).

SPECIALS

Shark Week: Shark Week continues as Green Beret Terry Schappert draws on his survival training to show ways to stay alive during a shark attack on “Shark Attack Survival Guide” (9 p.m. Discovery); that’s followed by “Day of the Shark 3” (10 p.m.) where six survivors of attacks recount their ordeals.

MOVIES

Darling: Julie Christie became a major star — and an Oscar-winning one at that — in director John Schlesinger’s 1965 drama about the escapades of a gorgeous but emotionally empty British fashion model (6:45 p.m. TCM).

12th & Delaware: An abortion clinic and an anti-abortion facility coexist on opposite sides of a Florida street in this new TV documentary (9 p.m. HBO).

SPORTS

Baseball: The San Diego Padres visit the Dodgers (7 p.m. FS Prime).
