Danielle Staub leaving 'Real Housewives of New Jersey'?

It seems not even a blueberry-banana smoothie has enough antioxidants to keep Danielle Staub on the air.

For two seasons, Staub has brought the drama (or light and love, whichever you prefer) to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Now there are reports that the Bravo-lebrity won’t be on board for the third season.

Could it be true? It’s not exactly clear.

“Actually, I’m not even thinking about season 3 right now as I am considering many incredible options that have been presented to me …” Staub posted on her Twitter page. “Don’t worry next year, I’ll still be the one you either love to hate or hate to love.”

And the network is mum: “We haven't announced anything regarding a third season,” said a Bravo representative.

The Season 2 finale of "RHONJ" airs Aug. 23,  followed by a two-part reunion that airs on Aug. 30 and Sept. 6.

I like Daniel, she is the only one with NORMAL KIDS! I think she is a bit wacky at times but I don't see her as trying to be harmful to anyone like the other ladies...they are nasty, rude, show offs, and just plain MEAN GIRLS...their children are RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and SPOILED....so maybe Daniel is a bit wacky but her kids are normal and wonderfully polite and that says a lot about who Daniel really is...for what it is worth Daniel...I like you...just stay out of the BS regarding the other insane nasty NJ wives...rise above it ...

Along with my last comment, be careful if you follow Daniele on Twitter and want to tweet or retweet this article. Or god forbid you actually write a blog that has any opinion in it other than 'Daniele is Mother Theresa', because she will block you. I gaurantee it.

No way would i watch without danielle whats there too watch? self rightous boring farts in NJ cmon danille made that show. The last episode was such a hoot with that hypocrite caroline asking what she did personally to danielle and then danielle asking what she did to caroline whose needy reply was Jaqueline is me theresa is me well then by all means caroline then you obviously are to blame for the things they did to danielle get a clue.

OMG Thank you Bravo. This woman (only one Danielle) needs help. She and Kelly from NY need to check themselves into the same nut ward b/c they have issues beyond the normal day to day stuff. Danielle is a drama, choke you know what, horrible mother. She's someone who will never get anywhere b/c she's uneducated, trailer park trash, who sold drugs, her body etc for money. I feel sorry for her kids b/c she's using them to take care of her. What happened to parents being role models and setting good examples for your kids. The Danielle vs everyone else is getting old. She's just gettting crazier and it's becoming annoying to watch. I enjoyed the break from Danielle when they all went to Italy. they'll definately need to bring in some new blood but I'm definately over Danielle.

If Danielle left I would watch the show and record it. She is so flipping toxic to even a viewer. If she left I would bring Dina back and the show would be silly and fun.

If Danielle goes, so does the show. Boring as hell. Ghetto Teresa, simpering Caroline and just plain who cares --- see I can't even remember the other one's name -- I can do without all of them.

If Danielle leaves the show, I will no longer watch the House Wives of New Jersey. The other women are Soooooo BORING! I feel that Danielle has kept this show a float. Without Danielle on the show, it will be like watching a bunch of boring woman on a daytime soap. This is not worth my time. In addition, these other women are really ignorant and low budget snobs!
