BACK ON THE CASE: “Psych,” the comedy-mystery series starring James Roday, left, and Dulé Hill, returns with new episodes at 10 p.m. on USA.

SERIES

The Choir: Gareth works to improve the boys' sections in this new episode (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America).

Top Chef: The remaining cheftestants are tasked with cooking mounds of the District of Columbia's most famous ingredient: the blue crab, then go to a Virginia farm to cook with fresh ingredients (9 p.m. Bravo).

Ghost Hunters International: The series heads to Nottingham, England, with the new episode “The Spirit of Robin Hood” (9 p.m. SyFy).

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist: The remaining artists must collaborate on a large-scale outdoor installation in just two days, culminating in a public viewing in this new episode (10 p.m. Bravo).

Chasing Mummies: Egyptologist Zahi Hawass supervises the restoration of the Step Pyramid, and archaeologist Zoë D'Amato gets locked inside a pyramid in the premiere of this new series (10 p.m. History).

Pros vs. Joes: Ordinary guys face off against professional athletes as Season 5 gets underway, featuring NFL and NBA stars (10 p.m. Spike).

SPECIALS

2010 ESPYs: The 18th annual gathering of celebrities from sports and entertainment to honor the major sports achievements of the past year airs live, hosted by “Saturday Night Live's” Seth Meyers (6 p.m. ESPN).

Lucy Must Be Traded, Charlie Brown: The animated “Peanuts” gang is back in a new baseball-themed special (8 p.m. ABC).

Freshman Father: Drew Seeley and Britt Irvin star in this 2010 TV movie (9 p.m. Hallmark).

SPORTS

Minor league baseball: AAA All-Star Game, from Lehigh Valley, Pa. (4 p.m. MLB).
