Penn & Teller: The debunking duo takes on get-rich-quick schemes in this new episode (10 p.m. Showtime).

The Green Room With Paul Provenza: Comedy greats Robert Klein and Jonathan Winters are among the panelists in this new episode (10:30 p.m. Showtime).


David Suchet on the Orient Express: A Masterpiece Special: The actor, best known for his portrayal of Hercule Poirot, rides the famous train in this new special (9 p.m. KCET).


Gidget: Turner Classic Movies' salute to beach movies kicks off with this 1959 romp starring Sandra Dee (5 p.m. TCM).

Blown Away: Jeff Bridges and Tommy Lee Jones star in this 1994 thriller (8 p.m. MyNet).

Big Fan: Patton Oswalt and Kevin Corrigan star in this edgy 2009 indie (8:30 p.m. Showtime).


Baseball: The Angels visit the White Sox (11 a.m. FSN, MLB); the Reds face the Phillies or the Twins take on the Blue Jays (4 p.m. MLB); and the Dodgers host the Cubs (7 p.m. FS Prime, WGN America).
