If you feel like you’re barely able to make it six days until the “Mad Men” season premiere, it’s okay: You’re in good company.

With anticipation over the fourth season at a fever pitch, AMC has something of a high-class problem on its hands. The network had planned to stage the Tuesday night premiere at West Hollywood’s Harmony Gold Theater, but unexpectedly high demand--and, no doubt, a whole lot of “plus ones”--has forced AMC to relocate to the 470-seat Mann Chinese 6 on Hollywood Blvd. To put that in perspective, the theater is hosting the premiere of Angelina Jolie’s new movie, “Salt.”

“Calls from ‘Mad Men’ fans in some high places started to pour in,” says a network source. “The kind of fans you can’t refuse.”

Even bigger crowds are expected at the show’s Chase Sapphire-sponsored New York premiere, at 9 p.m. Sunday. Obsessed fans who brave the crowds can watch the show an hour earlier, and just maybe catch a glimpse of host Elisabeth Moss and castmate January Jones, who will both be in attendance. Last year, more than 6,000 fans, many of them in costume, turned out. We’re guessing the tourists will have to dodge even more wannabe Dons, Joans, and Rogers this year. If at-home audiences swell in a similar fashion, AMC executives will have even more to be happy about.

I just have one question: Where’s our ticket?
