“True Blood” — the sexy vampire drama that makes the teen-themed “Twilight” films look like “Saved by the Bell” — sinks its teeth into a third season. Anna Paquin, Alexander Skarsgard and Stephen Moyer star. (HBO, 9 p.m.)

If there were a Fifth Noble Truth, it might be this: You gotta eat. To lead you along the path to culinary enlightenment comes chef Rodelio Aglibot, your own personal “Food Buddha” and host of this tasty new series. (10 and 10:30 p.m. TLC)

She's chatty, she's catty, a little bratty and maybe even a bit batty: Our favorite tart-tongued, Titian-tressed comic is back as the Emmy-winning series “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List” returns with new episodes. (9 p.m. Bravo.)

A Russian traffic cop, a one-time British spy and a Filipino pastor each claim to be “The Second Coming” of none other than Jesus Christ in this fascinating new special. They can't all be right … can they? (National Geographic, 6 and 9 p.m.)

Singer, dancer, actress, mother of two and certified diva, Jennifer Lopez graces the stage — and receives an award for her contributions to the arts — at “The 2010 World Music Awards,” taped last month in glamorous Monaco. (MyNet, 8 p.m.)

Meanwhile, gracing the stage at the O2 Arena, it's “Miley Cyrus in London: Live at the O2,” which features the teen queen supreme and artist formerly known as “Hannah Montana” in her very first network TV special. They grow up so fast. (ABC, 8 p.m.)

Or they grow up too fast: Daniel Radcliffe stars in 2009's “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” the sixth and darkest entry in the boy-wizard fantasy franchise. Michael Gambon and the indispensable Alan Rickman also star. (HBO, 8 p.m.)
