The Jaquie Brown Diaries: An up-and-coming newscaster stoops to conquer in this imported sitcom (10:30 p.m. Logo).


Lewis Black: Stark Raving Black: The curmudgeonly comic offers his insights on politics and pop culture in this stand-up special (10 p.m. Comedy Central).

Robert Klein: Unfair and Unbalanced: This new stand-up special features the veteran comic on stage in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. (10 p.m. HBO).


X-Men Origins: Wolverine: Hugh Jackman takes his fourth turn as the mutant in this so-so 2009 sci-fi action tale (8 p.m. HBO).

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs: Oversized foodstuffs fall from the skies in this computer-animated 2009 children's tale (9 p.m. Starz).

Bullitt: Steve McQueen puts the “muscle” in “muscle car” in this fast-paced 1968 crime drama (9:30 p.m. TCM).

Brüno: Sacha Baron Cohen brought his outlandish fashionista character to the big screen in this hit-and-miss 2009 comedy (10 p.m. Cinemax).


Soccer: World Cup matches from South Africa include Argentina vs. Nigeria (6:30 a.m. ESPN) and the United States vs. England (10:30 a.m. ABC).

Baseball: The Phillies visit the Red Sox (1 p.m. Fox); the Athletics at meet the Giants or the Blue Jays play the Rockies (6 p.m. MLB); and the Dodgers host the Angels (7 p.m. MyNet, FS Prime).
