2010 MTV Movie Awards: Jeffrey Katzenberg proud of son's new show (VIDEO)

David Katzenberg, the son of DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, has some big shoes to fill.

But he's already making waves of his own in Hollywood with his new show "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," MTV's newest scripted comedy.

My dad "is very proud of me and of us," Katzenberg told us on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, where he was with some of his cast and his co-creator, Seth Grahame-Smith. "And he loves the show -- he's seen it. And that's it. He's got his fingers crossed. He's in Paris right now. But he's got his fingers crossed."
