The Biggest Loser: Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is on hand to inspire the remaining contestants in this new episode of the weight-loss competition (8 p.m. NBC).

American Idol: Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is tonight's guest mentor on the singing competition (8 p.m. Fox).

Lost: The mysterious motives of the malevolent entity possessing John Locke (Terry O'Quinn) are revealed in a new episode of the drama (9 p.m. ABC).

Frontline/World: This new installment of the newsmagazine probes environmental and immigration issues (9 p.m. KCET).

Independent Lens: A Texas couple travel to the steppes of Mongolia seeking a unique therapy for their autistic son in the documentary “The Horse Boy” (10 p.m. KCET).

Justified: Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) is suspended from the Marshals service in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).


The Real Robin Hood: This new special includes a sneak peak at the upcoming film starring Russell Crowe as the legendary outlaw hero of Sherwood Forest (8 p.m. History).


Northwest Passage: Spencer Tracy stars in this 1940 adventure (7 p.m. TCM).

The Last of the Mohicans: Daniel Day-Lewis stars in director Michael Mann's 1992 adaptation of the James Fennimore Cooper adventure tale (9:15 p.m. TCM).

Kiss of the Dragon: Jet Li puts his martial arts skills on display in Paris in this 2001 action tale (10 p.m. Cinemax).


Basketball: The NBA playoffs continue as the Boston Celtics visit the Cleveland Cavaliers (5 p.m. TNT).

Baseball: The Dodgers visit the Arizona Diamondbacks (6:30 p.m. KCAL) and the Angels host the Tampa Bay Rays (7 p.m. FSN).
