CBS orders ‘Criminal Minds’ spinoff starring Forest Whitaker

Make room for an Oscar winner on CBS.
CBS is moving ahead with plans to spin off its criminal procedural hit, “Criminal Minds,” with Forest Whitaker at the helm.
Earlier Monday, the network picked up three other dramas, “Hawaii 5-0,” “Bad Bloods” and “Defenders.” It also ordered a comedy, “Mike & Molly,” last week.
CBS is not revealing the series’ fancy title. Maybe it doesn’t have one yet. Should we make some suggestions?
