ABC has picked up a third comedy, ‘Better Together’

Shana Goldberg-Meehan of ‘Friends ‘has created a new sitcom, ‘Better Together,’ which ABC just picked up for fall.
It centers on two sisters at different stages in their romantic relationships. One is in ab unmarried but long-term relationship; the other gets pregnant and quickly marries a new beau. The leads are lovely ladies, Joanna Garcia (‘Privileged’) and Jennifer Finnigan (‘Close to Home’).
Earlier, the network picked up two other comedies, ‘Mr. Sunshine’ and ‘Happy Endings.’
